A Kings Heath bakery with hotel pastry roots
Pastry chef Tim C spent a decade in five-star kitchens before returning to Birmingham. With Tim G and Joe, the bakery grew from festival stalls into a High Street room for brunch, cakes, coworking and gatherings.
The long-term aim is a socially conscious kitchen: real chances to learn hospitality, less waste, local suppliers, and vegetarian, vegan and halal-friendly choices beside the cakes people already love.
